Video: Boehner on Cut, Cap, and Balance

The House of Representatives is expected to pass the Cut, Cap, and Balance bill this week--but President Obama has vowed to veto it.

The Republicans have a plan to cut spending. Obama and his fellow Democrats do not.

"This legislation," Speaker of the House John Boehner says, "ensures future spending restraints are set in stone, cuts government spending, and puts our country on a path towards fiscal stability while making the necessary debt limit increase."
