Romney enters prez race, says Obama has failed America; he wants to repeal ObamaCare

Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney officially launched his presidential bid in the crucial state of New Hampshire, where he owns a vacation home.

Romney declared that President Obama has "failed America and promises "a complete repeal of ObamaCare." But Romney's Bay State health care plan, which includes the unpopular individual mandate, will be an issue for him.
