Bill Koch, brother of Charles and David, the famous conservative Koch Brothers the left loves to demonize, is in the news. Bill, also a billionaire made some news yesterday when he purchased the only known portrait of William H. Bonney, better known as Billy the Kid, for $2.3 million.

Besides being an avid art collector, Koch was the captain of the 1992 winning entry of the America's Cup yacht race.
