Hyper-partisan Obama trying to use executive order to implement anti-free speech DISCLOSE ACT

Last January our hyper-partisan president took the unprecedented step of criticizing a Supreme Court decision, Citizens United vs. the Federal Election Commission, during his State of the Union address--while embarrassed justices were in the audience. Citizens United is a conservative group that wanted to run commercials promoting its movie, Hillary: The Movie during the 2008 presidential campaign.

In response to that legal victory for the group, President Obama and the Democrats attempted to enact the DISCLOSE Act--in the hope of circumventing the Citizens United decision. That act barely passed the House--and it was dead-on-arrival in the Senate.

In an exclusive, Pajamas Media is reporting that President Obama intends to issue an executive order to implement portions of the DISCLOSE Act.

PJM's source had this to say:

It really is amazing — they lost in the Supreme Court, they lost in Congress, they lost at the FEC, so now the president is just going to do it by edict.
Here's is the PDF of the order.

Disgusting.
