Last night Vice President Joe Biden told PBS' Jim Lehrer that Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak is not a dictator.
Mubarak, who is grooming his son to be his replacement, ordinarily would be expected to declare a state of emergency because so many of his citizens are rioting against his misrule. But alas, Egypt is already suffering under the same state of emergency Mubarak imposed thirty years ago after his predecessor, Anwar Sadat, was assassinated.
Yep, he's a dictator. Biden is wrong. Again.
