While I was recuperating from yesterday's Chicago Marathon, Adam Sharp of SharpElbows.net asked my extreme left-wing congresscritter, Jan Schakowsky (D-IL), where in the US Constitution does it authorize forcing Americans to buy health insurance. Schakowsky answered by asking Sharp questions, such as "I don't see where it is in the Constitution that we can build a national highway system. " Sharp replied that the Constitution grants Congress the power "to establish post offices and post roads."
That's as good as it got for Schakowsky. Yes, it got a lot worse. Good.
Shakowsky and her Republican opponent, Joel Pollak, spoke at a candidates' forum at Niles North High School in Skokie--Pollak is a North graduate.
Looking in on the confrontation is Schakowsky's ex-con husband, Robert Creamer. Also seen is Alex Armour, Schakowsky's touchie-feelie political director, who called opponents of the Ground Zero mosque f***ing dumba**es, sans asterisks, in a Twitter post.
Twenty states have filed suit in federal court challenging the constitutionality of ObamaCare.
My good friend Andrew Marcus produced the October nightmare (for Schakowsky) video.
Marathon Pundit strongly endorses Pollak's efforts to unseat this arrogant liberal.
Illinois libs seem to have a problem with the Constitution they have sworn to uphold. Rep. Phil Hare of the 17th District, when asked a similar question replied, "I don't worry about the Constitution to be honest with you." Bobby Schilling is his Republican opponent. I back him too.
The Land of Lincoln needs to be power-scrubbed.
Great work, Mr. Sharp. You're doing the work the lamestream media should be doing.
