Obama at Oxy: "Was looking forward to an imminent social revolution, literally a movement where the working classes would overthrow the ruling class"

Doug Ross has the exclusive transcript of Paul Kengor interviewing John Drew on the Glenn Meakem Show. Drew was a classmate of Barack Obama's at California's Occidental College, where the future president attended college for two years.

Here's an excerpt:

Obama was looking forward to an imminent social revolution, literally a movement where the working classes would overthrow the ruling class and institute a kind of socialist Utopia in the United States. I mean, that's how extreme his views were his sophomore year of college.
At first glance, that's not a big deal--no one should be defined on their college-age beliefs. But Obama continued to associate with extremists while "Oxy" was a distant spot on his rear view mirror, including ACORN, Bill Ayers, and Rashid Khalidi.

Remember: Obama's political career began in the living room of Ayers' Chicago townhouse.

According to a recent poll, a majority of likely voters view "socialist" as an accurate description of Obama.
