Illinois AFL-CIO using misrepresentative Sun-Times passage?

On the left you'll see an Illinois AFL-CIO mailer that was part of a union-member mass-mailing sent last week. It's filled with distortions designed to convince voters to vote reelect union-lackey Governor Pat Quinn, the Democrat.

Bill Brady is the Republican candidate.

Here's what caught my attention in this mailer.
We have a lot to lose in this election. Bill Brady was an anti-worker legislator who fought to strip our rights. He even runs a construction company that hires non-union workers. Governor Pat Quinn is a tireless advocate for our jobs, our wages, and our unions. The choice has never been so clear. Chicago Sun-Times, 3/18/10.
Where in the heck in the March 18 Sun-Times did that passage appear? Letters to the editor? Guest commentary? If that is the case--and by the tone and writing style I bet it is--then the Illinois AFL-CIO is misrepresenting the paper.

Google and Yahoo! searches turn up nothing.

The Sun-Times did endorse Quinn--two weeks ago, but this is the same publication that backed Rod Blagojevich in 2006--when the corruption storm crowds were evident to everyone.
