The Obama White House is claiming that the comments alleging a shakedown of BP by Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX) is "a political gift" for the Democrats this fall. Sure, Barton has taken a lot of BP-connected contributions since last year, over $100,000, but the candidate who has collected the most BP cash over the last twenty years is none other than President Obama.Related post:
