Rothenberg Report: 44 House seats move in GOP's direction

The glorious autumn for the Republican Party seems to be on, with the Rothenberg Report moving 44 seats in the direction of the GOP, with just three turning towards the Democrats.

Included in that shift is Illinois' 14th, which has moved into the toss-up category. Democrat Bill Foster represents that suburban-rural district, he is being challenged by Republican Randy Hultgren.
