Rasmussen Reports: 58 percent of New Jersey voters have a favorable view of Springsteen

New Jersey's most famous son is rocker Bruce Springsteen, and Rasmussen Reports polled Garden State voters and--surprise!--most of them, 58 percent, view The Boss favorably. But Springtseen's decidedly liberal views apparently cause a slight majority of Republican voters to have an unfavorable opinion of the Freehold native.

Rasmussen didn't poll New Jerseyites as to whether they purchased his 2009 album, the sound of the cesspool known as Working on a Dream. That album might really explain why Springsteen couldn't break 60 percent.

As for Springsteen's politics, it hasn't prevented its Republican governor, Chris Christie, from being a huge fan of The Boss.
