Last month a George W. Bush "Miss me, yet?" billboard was placed in Peru, Illinois. That roadside beauty was inspired by a Wyoming, Minnesota billboard. The Chosen One's home state now has a second tribute to our 43rd president, this one can be seen while driving south on Illinois Route 2 in Sterling, just a stone's throw from Tampico, the birthplace of Ronald Reagan.
The purchaser or purchasers of the billboard wishes to remain anonymous.
