Schakowsky health care town hall Aug. 31

The eyes of America will cast its gaze on Niles West High School in Skokie, Illinois on Monday, where Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Evanston), possibly the most liberal member of Congress, will hold a town hall meeting about government-run health care.

Schakowsky is not only a proponent of single-payer health care, but she clearly backs the "Trojan horse" strategy for a government take over of one-sixth of our economy:

And next to me was a guy from the insurance company, who then argued against the public health insurance option, saying 'it wouldn't let private insurance compete' — that 'a public option will put the private insurance industry out of business and lead to single-payer.' He was right! The man was right!

Intelligence has reached me that Schakowsky plans to pack the house with her goons, possibly from ACORN and the Service Employee International Union.

The other side must be nervous. This is from a "grass roots" e-mail I received yesterday afternoon from My.BarackObama.com:

Please arrive as early as possible to the town hall, and make sure that the most powerful voices in this debate are those calling for real reform, not angrily clamoring for the status quo.

Well, this "angry man" has a suggestion for change: Tort reform.
