Located not to far from me is Chicago's Uptown neighborhood, a place that's been slated for prosperity for thirty years.
Prosperity keeps losing out, and now nightly riots are taking place on Sheridan Road and the the two side streets to the east of it, Kenmore and Winthrop--home of many scattered-site public housing units.
