Chosen One signs "imperfect" spending bill

Quite a few times during the recently concluded twenty year long presidential campaign, Barack Obama vowed to go through spending bills, "line by line," and eliminate earmarks.

Earlier today the president signed a $410 billion omnibus spending bill, one that he called "imperfect," that contains 8,000 earmarks.

Now the Chosen One is proposing earmark reform.

This is not change I can believe in.
