Antidote for the ChiComm Olympics

Are you like me, tired of hearing from brain-damaged commentators like NBC's Jim Lampley about how great China is?

Although the ChiComms have eased up a bit since the unhappy days of the 1966-1976 Cultural Revolution, I haven't forgotten.

Monty Python--in a politically incorrect sketch from 1972 that would never see the light of day today--lets the Commies have it. The whole bit is great, but if you're pressed for time, the relevant part begins at the five minute mark of the YouTube video.

The story so far: Mr. Pither (Michael Palin) is on a cycling tour of North Cornwall, accompanied by the deluded Mr. Gulliver (Terry Jones), who thinks he is pop singer Clodagh Rogers. Until he believes he is in fact Leon Trotsky. This leads the pair to Smolensk, USSR. At this point, Mr. Pither makes his way to the British Consulate.

Nihi watai bingo cards!

Gotta love Monty Python. Those guys are absurd but then that's why I'm a fan.
