(Video) Obama surrogate Cutter lauds $700 billion in Medicare cuts

Stephanie Cutter, the deputy campaign manager for Obama-Biden 2012, had the audacity to claim that $700 billion in cuts to Medicare is a good thing while the campaign attacks Paul Ryan for his efforts to save Medicare.

"You know." Cutter said on Face the Nation on CBS this morning, "I heard Mitt Romney deride the $700 billion cuts in Medicare that the president achieved through health care reform."

There was more dark humor on today's Sunday talk shows. Debbie Wasserman Schultz claimed that she didn't know the party affiliation of Priorities USA, which is run by former Obama White House and campaign staffer Bill Burton. This spring a current senior member of the Obama White House, David Plouffe,  appeared at a Priorities USA fundraiser.

Priorities USA recently produced a vile web video that all but accused Mitt Romney allowing a woman to die of cancer. FactCheck.org says that the ad is "misleading on several counts."
