Video: Santorum on Iran at Illinois rally

President Obama squandered a unique opportunity to oust Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the radical mullahs from power in 2009 during its Green Revolution. Santorum discussed President Obama's lack of leadership regarding Iran at a rally last night in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

The former Pennsylvania senator said he introduced a bill "to try to help the Persian people."

Santorum added, "They are people [of a] great civilization who are now being oppressed by radical Islamists who control their government."

Of course for years Iran has been saber rattling for years against Israel, our closest ally in the Middle East.

"The only way we can prevent a war in the Middle East is to make sure that Iran does not have a nuclear weapon," Santorum said.
