Peter Schaumber, the former chairman of the National Labor Relations Board, appeared on CNBC's Squawk Box this morning--where he ripped President Obama's three so-called recess appointments to the board.
"In all likelihood," Schaumber told the hosts, "these appointments are going to be found to have been invalid"
He added, "Because what [the president has] done, essentially is to eliminate the advice and consent provision of the Constitution."
The nominees haven't been vetted and we are unaware of any conflict-of-interest problems the nominees may have.
