Fox News is projecting a win by Newt Gingrich in the South Carolina Primary. Twice Gingrich has been written off for dead in the GOP race for president. But he keeps coming back.

Mitt Romney is projected to finish second while Fox News says its too close to call between Ron Paul and Rick Santorum in regards to third.
