An el train, a truss bridge, and a canal

Just north of where Evanston, Skokie, and Chicago meet is a truss bridge for the CTA Yellow Line that spans the North Shore Channel--a sanitation canal that runs from Lake Michigan in Wilmette to the North Branch of the Chicago River on the city's North Side.

And luckily for me, as I was taking the photograph, an el train ran past.

Nice clouds, too.

Hi John! I'm doing a show in Chicago based on Neil Gaiman's troll bridge. This was the perfect pic for it so I did copy it. I donated to your page because I borrowed it but could you let me know if it's okay to use it for our indiegogo campaign for just a month? I borrowed it wihtout asking because I'm on deadline to get the campaign up today! I love it! it's so perfect! Thank you!
