Video: Boehner debt-limit rebuttal speech in its entirety

After President Obama's granny-scaring, class-warfare and Bush-blaming speech, Speaker of the House John Boehner issued a rebuttal.

Obama spoke of a "stalemate" in his address. Is there a stalemate?

"You see, there is no stalemate in Congress," Boehner said. "The House has passed a bill to raise the debt limit with bipartisan support. And this week, while the Senate is struggling to pass a bill filled with phony accounting and Washington gimmicks, we will pass another bill — one that was developed with the support of the bipartisan leadership of the U.S. Senate."

Obama complained about Boehner's "cuts only approach" in his speech.

Keep cutting, Mr. Speaker.

I've read both proposed plans and don't seem to understand. Where in the balanced plan does it increase taxes for small businesses? Someone please help me out, because that seems to be Boehner's entire argument and I can't find evidence to back it up.
