Proft, Lang, discuss Quinn's debt bomb

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn is considering borrowing $15 billion to pay off $15 billion in debt.

That's like using one credit card to pay off money owed on another credit card.

On Chicago Tonight on WTTW last week, the Illinois Policy Insitute's Dan Proft, a Republican, and my state representative, Democrat Lou Lang, discussed Quinn's "debt bomb."

Proft is against it, and Lang has reservations about it.
