As far as Chicago goes, the Cow Is Not Now. Syndicated morning talker Erich "Mancow" Muller, a great White Sox and Kinks fan, as well as a fine conservative, was fired from WLS-AM Chicago this morning. Yesterday's show--I was at work so I missed it--was his last.His Chicago-based early morning show, which oddly is not heard here, carries on.
Cisco Cotto, whom I like, replaces him.
Let's hope Mancow finds a new Chicago outlet.
Mancow was the featured speaker at the Chicago Tax Day Tea Party.
