"Worst Republican senator" now a Dem
A few years ago, National Review dubbed Pennslyvania's Arlen Specter "The Worst Republican Senator."
CNN is reporting that Specter will announce that he's now a Democrat.
Why bother announcing? It's been obvious for years.
