Chiraq: 2 dead and at least 45 wounded over weekend

Sadly, the bullets were flying again in Chicago as two people were murdered and at least 45 others were wounded. One of the dead was killed while driving his car on the West Side--he was shot to death in a robbery by a man riding a bicycle.
