Bloody Chicago: 18 shot in four hours last night--UPDATE 3 dead, 20 others shot

Thursday night was a particularly violent one in Chicago--a city with among the strictest gun laws in the nation. Eighteen people were shot within a four hour period--including a three year old boy. One man is dead.

UPDATE 12:50pm CST: The carnage is worse than first reported, 3 were killed--20 others were shot last night.
