Occupy New Haven has cost city $100,000

The expense of keeping an eye on Occupy New Haven has set the Connecticut city back $100,000.  And watching the 'mostly peaceful' movement there is a public safety necessity. One of the occupiers in New Haven has been accused of rape.  Sexual assaults have a big problem at Occupy movement camps--although you don't hear about it much in the establishment media.
