Radiohead's static on oil sands

Another celebrity, this time it's Radiohead's Thom Yorke, is speaking out on something he probably doesn't know anything about. As the US Chamber of Commerce points out in a blog post, that the Keystone XL project will bring oil--the lubricant of our economy--to the United States from Canadian tar sand fields. And of course jobs. The Chamber, by the way, just inaugurated the Partnership to Fuel America.

That oil will be extracted in Canada. Will we buy it or will China?

Oh, are those amplifiers at Radioheads' gigs solar powered? Does their tour bus run on wind energy?

Those limousines--electric vehicles, right?
