Obama Ag sec: Food stamps are an economic stimulus

Tom Vilsack, President Obama's secretary of agriculture, says foods stamps are an economic stimulus.



Vilsack is the former governor of Iowa. In addition to corn, noxious weeds come from the Hawkeye State too.
