Boehner proposes trillions in cuts in speech

As the federal government heads towards another debt-limit ceiling, Speaker of the House John Boehner proposes some bold solutions. Pretty much everything is on the table for Boehner, except raising taxes, as he told the Economic Club of New York last night.

Like Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI), Boehner wants to cut trillions.
