Latest gasoline siphoning thefts

With skyrocketing gasoline prices comes more gas siphoning thefts. Charlotte, North Carolina is reporting a hike in fuel larceny. Two teens were caught siphoning in Connecticut. In Rocklin, California, gas thieves are hitting park and ride lots.
