Durbin: If Obama showed leadership on budget he would be rejected

Dick Durbin (D-IL), one of the earliest backers of Barack Obama's presidential bid, admits that the president is not a leader. On Meet The Press on Sunday, host David Gregory put forth the proposition that Obama has been "missing when it comes to framing the debate over spending cuts."
