Biden says Americans are "tired, worried and frustrated" after he failed to "shut down" the virus

Many times during the presidential campaign Joe Biden vowed to "shut down" the COVID-19 virus. He didn't. 

This afternoon in a press briefing where he coughed a lot, Biden said that Americans are "tired, worried and frustrated" about COVID. 

Many Americans are tired of Biden.
