While Mayor Beetlejuice keeps adding states to its quarantine list--one that no one obeys--the carnage continues in Chicago. Yesterday 15 people were shot--two fatally--in the city. Of the fatalities one occurred in Back of the Yards on the South Side and the other at the CTA el station at Morse on the North Side.
