Des Plaines River during the polar vortex weather

It's day one of two of Polar Vortex 2019 in the Midwest.

This morning, when it was -19 Fahrenheit, I snapped this photograph of the frozen Des Plaines River from the Oakton Avenue bridge at Campground Road Woods in Des Plaines, Illinois.
