Among those murdered over the weekend were a group of four people killed, including a pregnant woman, by a high-powered rifle in Brighton Park on the Southwest Side. Three of the dead were documented gang members. There were three other Southwest Side murders.
Other murders include three in South Shore on the South Side and one in Austin on the West Side.
