Slush fund queen Hillary calls IL reform governor a robber baron

Hillary Clinton, who along with her husband and daughter operates the slush fund known as the Clinton Foundation, said that Illinois's reform governor, Republican Bruce Rauner, will return the Land of Lincoln to "the robber barons of the 19th century."
