(Video) Hapless Harf struggles to explain if there is a State Dept procedure for deleting emails
State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf--who is better suited to be a social coordinator on a cruise ship for AARP members--struggled to explain if there is a procedure for employees, such as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to delete official emails.
Clinton is under fire--nothing new there--this time for using a private email instead of a government one while she was SoS.
