Sun on the glazed-iced Des Plaines River
On Tuesday it warmed up just enough for snow to turn into freezing rain. Yes, we are in March.
The result was glaze on top of the snow that is on top of the Des Plaines River ice. Which gave the sunlight near dusk a stunning effect.
