What Ukraine crisis? Keystone XL? Obama picks Michigan State to win NCAA tourney

President Obama took time out of his dithering on the Ukraine crisis and the Keystone XL pipeline approval to pick his NCAA men's basketball tournament choices. For those who care, he is going with the Michigan State Spartans, who also won the Big 10 tournament.

It's Obama's latest way to reach out to low-information voters who were so important to his two presidential victories and he hopes to galvanize again for this fall's midterms.
