Global Warming: So far January is Chicago's fourth snowiest

New Year's Day 2014
We still have four more days--including today--to add to Chicago's January snow total. So far, this month has been Chicago's fourth-snowiest--at 33.1 inches, since records were kept. And all that is needed is a trace of snow for January of 2014 to end up in third place.

In related global warming news, it is -8 in Chicago right now.
