(CNN video) ObamaCare website down as Sebelius testifies

Two hours ago CNN reported that as HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was testifying in front of a House committee, the ObamaCare website was down.

I just checked--it is still down and Sebelius is still testifying

This is the message I get when I click to enroll.
