(Video) Hicks: I was punished by State Dept for speaking about Benghazi

In regards to his speaking out on the Benghazi murders, the former deputy mission chief in Libya, Gregory Hicks, told This Week's George Stephanopoulus, "Yes, I feel that I have been punished." The host said that Hicks is in "career limbo."
