(Video) Coward: Obama's Labor secretary ducks question on Keystone after flat jobs report

This morning on CNBC, Jim Cramer, after commenting on yet another flat monthly jobs report, asked Labor Secretary Tom Perez about building the Keystone XL Pipeline, which will create over 100,000 high-paying jobs.

The wimp dodged the question.
