Video: White House deputy press sec'y stammers while trying to explain high gas prices

ABC News White House correspondent Jake Tapper, one of the few real reporters covering President Obama, pushes Deputy Press Secretary Josh Earnest into stammer mode when he tries to explain what is being done about high gasoline prices.

Yeah, it was his first press briefing, but Earnest was anything but earnest at that Friday briefing.

High gas prices are "one of the reasons why you guys have your jobs," Tapper told Earnest.

Once again, the administration refers to its "all-of-the-above" energy strategy--one that does not include building the Keystone XL pipeline, more offshore drilling, and more drilling on public lands
