Money stolen--It's Blagojevich's fault

The legacy of Illinois' disgraced former governor, Rod Blagojevich, lives on. An Arlington Heights, Illinois man allegedly stole $17,000--but he has a hair-brained explanation in regards to how he came across that cash--which I don't feel compelled to go into here.

Here's the relevant part:

He blames the heat, the traffic, his poor judgment and "the one side of my brain" that's "a little Blagojevich-like."
