Johnny Cash home, May, 2008 |
Four years ago I travelled to Dyess, Arkansas, where Cash grew up and visited his home and I enjoyed a tour of the house and the property by the gracious man who owned it then, William Stegall.
Later today, the members of the Cash family in attendance, there will be a groundbreaking ceremony for the restoration of the home.
Below you will find my Cash posts, including my entry about my visit to Dyess.
Happy 80th, Johnny.

ReplyDeleteIs anyone living in the house
ReplyDeletenow, or is it like a museum?
No one one now. Stegall must have sold it to the foundation.
