Fox 32 Chicago video: OccupyChicago protesters think TV law and real law are the same thing

While reporting late last night about OccupyChicago, Fox 32 reporter Craig Wall gave a brief summary of arrestees' rights. "Some of the demonstrators believe that police are required to read them their Miranda warning and give them a phone call after being arrested," Wall explained, "but TV law and legal reality don't often match up, which has some of the demonstrators wrong about their rights"

And once arrested, detainees only have the right to remain silent, Wall said, while being interrogated.

Towards the end of this Fox 32 clip, you can watch an OccupyChicago protester pick his nose.

Working as legal observers at OccupyChicago protests are members of the radical National Lawyers Guild. It appears they are not doing a very good job.

Also, it's my belief that free speech rights do not cover banging on drums and living in a city park.

Besides, those arrested on the last two Saturdays volunteered for this dishonor. Chicago Police gave them three warnings to exit.
