(Classic car) 2003 Honda Element

The Honda Element debuted for the 2003 model year and it was an instant hit. But competition from other manufacturers cut into the Element's market share and because the crossover SUV segment was already small, the vehicle was discontinued after the 2011 model year.

But the Element has a devoted following--which is why the are easy-sells in the used car market.

This 2003 version, in Nighthawk Black Pearl, was parked on Lincoln Avenue in Morton Grove yesterday afternoon.
